INTERACTIVE LAB OBJECTIVES
Red Hat OpenShift Interactive Lab
Join us for a hands-on experience for you and members of your team to work directly with a Red Hat OpenShift expert.
Attendees will be assigned their own personal OpenShift cluster for the interactive lab with full administration rights. These OpenShift clusters can also be kept active after the interactive lab, if attendees would like to continue to work with them, and OpenShift experts will be available.
The "Getting Started with OpenShift" interactive lab is intended to give you a hands-on introduction to using OpenShift. The interactive lab uses OpenShift 4 in a Red Hat lab environment.
The lab is available to be left active and accessible by students after the workshop, if needed. OpenShift and Kubernetes Solutions experts will be available to answer questions during and after the lab.
Students will have their own OpenShift cluster with completed administration control of their OpenShift environments and a dedicated Kubernetes namespace to work in. Interactive lab environment and exercises are covered in detail.
All lab activities can be accessed through a standard web browser.
Throughout the course of the lab, you will:
Utilize the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform web console to perform basic operations.
Deploy a sample application from the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform web console.
Simulate node failures to test cluster resiliency and load balancing capabilities.
